Description
The artist has captured the scene of a noble warrior mounting his steed. Clad in a royal jama and striped trousers, he places his left foot on the stirrup as he holds the two ends of the saddle to hoist himself. His groom stands humbly behind him, admiring the heroic posture of the warrior.
