This is one of ten prints in the Geldzahler portfolio (the others are by Francesco Clemente, Dennis Hopper, Jasper Johns, Ellsworth Kelly, Roy Lichtenstein, James Rosenquist, David Salle, Frank Stella, and David Hockney). The set, which commemorates Henry Geldzahler, curator at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York and ardent champion of contemporary art, was produced to benefit Aids research.
